Every year, Paramount rewards its top agents with incentive trips for their invaluable and continuous support to the Company. This year, Non-Life Operations and Life Operations treated their agents to new and exciting destinations.

More than 60 qualifiers from the Non-Life Operations were qualified to join the 3-day local convention in Baguio City, where they enjoyed shopping for local delicacies; toured the Philippine Military Academy and Tam-awan Village; worked together in a funky round of bowling and bingo bowling; and danced the night away at the Awards Night.

Non-Life top agents were qualified to fly to Beijing, China for a 4-day stay, where they feasted on various peking duck dishes; toured the Forbidden City and Tian'anmen Square; climbed the Great Wall, watched the Acrobatic Show; visited the Summer Palace; and enjoyed a sumptuous banquet at the much awaited Awards Night.

For Life Operations, the qualifiers enjoyed a 3-day stay at Boracay Regency Hotel and the ultimate island hopping experience in the first quarter of last year (2005). In the second quarter, the qualifiers traveled the city of Bangkok, Thailand for a 4-day and 3-night incentive trip, where they were able to delight in watching Thailand’s famous culture and elephant shows.

This year, the agents went to Australia for a week’s worth of tours in Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sydney, where they also enjoyed visiting the cities’ well-known theme parks and movie worlds. For the local incentive trip, the agents were treated to a 3-day island escapade at El Nido, Palawan. The participants experienced a variety of thrilling water activities, such as sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, cave exploration, and windsurfing.

Aside from those incentive trips, annual awards await insurance agents with excellent sales performance. Trophies, special gifts, and cash incentives are given to agents who will qualify as Top Branch Manager, Top Unit Manager, and Top Insurance Associate, and Rookie of the Year. Qualified agents who will belong to the prestigious Achievers’ Club, in which they are required to meet specific First Year Premium collections, are also given special incentives and privileges.
