By virtue of the Assumption Reinsurance Agreement executed between PARAMOUNT LIFE & GENERAL INSURANCE CORPORATION ( Paramount ) and MANILA BANKERS LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION (Manila Bankers Life), duly approved by the Insurance Commission, Paramount agrees to assume from Manila Bankers Life the Individual Life Insurance business portfolio through its Regular, Salary Deduction and Direct Marketing Lines under its terms and conditions.

Paramount shall provide full policy service for all in-force Manila Bankers Life Insurance policies. To maintain full and uninterrupted coverage, all in-force policyholders of Manila Bankers Life Insurance are enjoined to continue making their premium payments current.
