   LIFE INSURANCE PAYMENT OPTIONS
 
You may pay your Life Insurance premiums and/or Prime Fund Rider (PFR) through any of the following convenient ways:
 
  1. Over-the-Counter transactions at duly authorized Banks:
      • UNIONBANK
      • EASTWEST BANK
      • UCPB
      • EQUITABLE/BANCO DE ORO

    When paying through these banks, just present your premium notice or indicate Paramount Life & General Insurance Corporation in the payment form.

    For check payments, please ensure that checks are made payable to Paramount Life & General Insurance Corporation and specify in the form the Amount, Check Number and the Bank and Branch of your check.

  2. Auto-Debit Arrangement with Metrobank. We can automatically charge your premiums if you have an existing account with Metrobank. Please call our Policy Service Dept. to enroll your policy.
  3. VISA or Mastercard. Please call our Policy Service Dept. to enroll your policy.
  4. LBC Bills Express. Payment stations are available to service nationwide.
  5. SM Bills Payment Counters located inside the department stores, supermarkets and hypermarts.
  6. Agent. You may contact your servicing agent for payment. Make sure to demand for a Provisional Receipt (PR) upon payment.
  7. BancNet ATM Facility. You may pay through Automated Teller Machines (ATM) bearing the BancNet logo.
