  • All Barangay officials and staff in active service during the term of coverage.
  • Members aged 18 to 65 years old.
  • Members must be in good health at the time of application.
      EXTENSIONS
   

For an added premium, the following extensions can be added to your plan to enhance the protection of our Barangay officials:

  • Accidental Death Benefit.
  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit.
  • Total and Permanent Disability Benefit.
  • Burial Benefit Rider.
